Petzl Recall Prompts Urgent Safety Alert

Dear Customers,

Today, we received a critical notice from Petzl regarding the Astro Bod Fast, Astro Sit Fast, and Canyon Guide harnesses.

Height Works has already reached out to our valued customers who have purchased these harnesses directly through our business. However, should you have purchased any of these harness products from another dealer, please be advised of the following:

Following the discovery of a flaw in the gated opening attachment point of an ASTRO harness, a request has been made for an inspection of the ASTRO and CANYON GUIDE harnesses. Due to the recent Petzl recall, we ask that you cease using these harnesses right now and perform the following inspection, since there is a chance that this attachment point could open by accident, which could put your life in danger.
