We regret that at this time we are only able to ship height access equipment within Canada. We are unable to process orders for product shipping outside of Canada.

We only offer products listed on www.heightworks.ca for purchase through our online platform. The products shown online account for about 60% of fall protection personal safety products that are available through Height Works. So if you can’t find what you’re looking for, don’t hesitate to contact Height Works today to custom-order your products.
CURRENCY & METHODS OF PAYMENT
All transactions for height access equipment are shown in Canadian dollars. You can make purchases through the website using a credit card. We are pleased to accept Visa, Mastercard, or American Express.
Orders delivered to all Canadian provinces and territories are subject to 5% GST. Shipping to some remote locations and territories will be subject to real-time shipping fees.

Height Works would like to make your online shopping experience as simple, convenient, and worry-free as possible.
We've worked hard to ensure our suppliers meet our requirements for QUALITY SAFETY PRODUCTS. And because we sell personal safety and height access equipment, ALL SOFT GOODS OR MECHANICAL PRODUCTS ARE FINAL SALE unless proof of a manufacturer defect can be provided to Height Works Ltd.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Canada Post ships all orders, providing customers with tracking numbers via email after packing and shipping.
We will ship all in-stock height access equipment within 2–5 business days, and out-of-stock items within 5–7 business days. If one of your items is unavailable from our vendors, we will inform you as soon as possible to determine whether you would prefer a refund or to have it shipped at a later date. Should you opt for the latter, we will process your order as a backorder and ship it as soon as we receive it. Backorders can be cancelled for a full refund at any time before the order has shipped—simply contact us at service@heightworks.ca or call 403-201-8996. We never substitute an alternate brand or height access equipment without your explicit permission.
